Tecnical Head

Major Responsibilities:

Fully and completely understand the development strategy of company. Formulate technical vision based on the technological development trend of the industry, and build a general technology framework that matches the business mode of the company and product deployment.

Formulate long-term strategy for technological development of the company. Understand the development trend of various technology fields and make sure the team is technically well prepared for the future development.

Responsible for the construction and management of the technical team. Set up efficient personnel training and talent introduction plan, and stablish a centripetal, open and willing-to-learn organization culture within the team.

Ensure the quality of architecture and design of system.  Control the product development progress and cooperate with Product and other business teams smoothly to make sure the delivery of products based on customer needs.

Highly sensitive to industry trends, technological opportunities and risk forecasts. Establish and continuously optimize a standardized and efficient technology development management system and specification documents.

Effectively monitoring the progress of the project and rationally allocating of development resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Management Science, Maths, Informagtion Management, Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Strong technical background with hands-on ability and excellent learning ability. Be familiar with Java, Bigdata, Cloud and other up-to-date product development technology.

Be familiar with CRM, DMS, e-commerce, Mark-Tech and other similar products in market.

Experience in the whole process of product delivery.
